What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience.
