Rostering Officer - Healthcare Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Rostering Officer remote to join our team at Healthcare Australia (HCA), the largest specialist healthcare workforce provider in Australia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a range of inquiries from clients and staff, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from clients and candidates, providing exceptional service.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to enhance service delivery.
- Proactively cross-sell HCA's brands and services where appropriate.
- Master the booking system to source and place suitable candidates into shifts.
- Perform administrative activities to increase the candidate pool and ensure efficient operations.
- Facilitate effective communication with state-based after-hours operations.
- Familiarize yourself with HCA's WHS and QMS systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare rostering is a significant advantage.
- Ability to handle phone and email inquiries confidently in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
- Passion for coordinating effective services for both clients and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with rostering software and systems.
