• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational rigor and strategic management consulting.
• Utilize data analysis and BI tools to inform decision-making and optimize pricing strategies.
• Lead B2B sales initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in revenue management and strategic consulting within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on revenue strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with mortgage lending and financial operations.
• Previous experience in multi-hotel management.
