About the Role
We are looking for a Research Associate - Pharmacology (Remote) to join our innovative team at Santen. As a Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the development of new products and contribute to the advancement of pharmacological research. What You'll Do
- Engage in early pipeline creation activities to support product development.
- Participate in development projects as a pharmacology department representative.
- Plan and execute pharmacological tests related to LCM/GE product development.
- Prepare documentation suitable for IND and NDA submissions.
- Plan and conduct pharmacological tests to characterize new products.
- Develop in vivo and in vitro pharmacological testing methods.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a science-related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmacological research and development in a pharmaceutical company (both in vivo and in vitro).
- Proficient in English (TOEIC score of 600 or higher) with strong reading and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking, planning, and conceptualization abilities.
- Confident in scientific reasoning.
Nice to Have
- Experience with regulatory submissions.
