About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, client communication, and executive scheduling for a luxury jewelry retail brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of discretion, organization, and refined communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and client-facing support to the Head Designer and leadership team.
- Monitor and respond to all incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Draft and send client quotes for custom designs and special orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding custom pieces, approvals, and timelines.
- Maintain a polished, luxury brand tone in all correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate the Head Designer’s calendar, including scheduling custom consultations.
- Assist in preparing and organizing custom design quotes and track outstanding quotes.
- Support social media scheduling and posting, including drafting captions and content ideas.
Requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or hospitality preferred.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with Google Workspace, Shopify, and social media platforms.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
