Remote Technical Architect - Revit Specialist for Australian Projects
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Technical Architect to join Anypear, a leading recruitment agency connecting New Zealand and Australian businesses with top overseas talent. In this role, you will leverage your advanced Revit skills to support a Perth-based architecture firm. As a Remote Technical Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring precision, coordination, and high documentation standards across large project environments.
What You'll Do
- Utilize your advanced Revit skills to create detailed technical specifications from conceptual designs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultant teams to maintain high documentation standards.
- Develop and enhance the firm’s Revit Library and Revit Templates.
- Work with ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro) to streamline project workflows.
- Coordinate effectively with steel detailers, leveraging your knowledge of light-gauge and mild steel construction.
- Uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with consultants and workshop technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Architect with strong proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with modular buildings and Australian project experience is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience using ACC (Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate Pro).
- Experience with Australian standards such as AS1428.1 and NCC Section J.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from AUD 90,000 to AUD 120,000 per year.
