About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Talent Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Pennylane. What You'll Do
- Lead the Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, positioning it as a key pillar of the employee lifecycle.
- Create tailored training offerings that meet the diverse needs of our employees.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and department heads to ensure alignment on talent development strategies.
- Manage a small team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and engagement.
- Implement and deploy the Workday performance module to enhance our performance management processes.
- Analyze internationalization challenges related to performance management across different countries.
- Support career development initiatives and build succession plans for critical positions.
- Ensure compliance with French and European HR regulations in all training and development activities.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in talent management, L&D, or HR development, preferably in tech scale-ups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously with measurable impact.
- Strong leadership skills with direct management experience.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Understanding of French and European HR regulatory requirements.
- Experience with scale-up challenges and hyper-growth environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and various departments.

- Experience with Workday or similar performance management systems.
- Knowledge of international HR practices.
