About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team at MrFluffyFriend, a fast-growing international pet brand. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. As a Remote Supply Chain Executive, you will take full ownership of our logistics and operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management and logistics processes.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the global supply chain strategy from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
  • Lead supply planning, forecasting, and stock allocation to optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with international suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to streamline operations.
  • Implement process improvements across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage a team that includes a Store Manager, Operations Manager, and other key roles.
  • Align with the executive team on strategic goals and operational objectives.
  • Utilize your 3-7+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce to drive results and improve supply chain performance.
  • Thrive in a remote, fast-paced, results-driven environment, adapting to changing demands.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, particularly in D2C e-commerce.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also being hands-on in day-to-day operations.
  • Experience with 3PL management and international shipments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building and scaling supply chains for consumer products.
