About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Sourcing Associate to join our dynamic team on a project-based basis. As a Remote Sourcing Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top talent for various projects. What You'll Do

• Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify potential candidates across various platforms.
• Engage with candidates through effective communication and build relationships to understand their career aspirations.
• Manage and maintain candidate databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist in the development of sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Basic understanding of data management and administrative support.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or C# is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Knowledge of SEO and content management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
