About the Role

What You'll Do
- Support critical BlueCard claims processing by maintaining and enhancing internal applications.
- Modernize legacy systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications.
- Participate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of systems and programming experience.
- Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL and C#.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2.
- Strong understanding of XML and JSON data formats.
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks using Java.
- Familiarity with messaging platforms like MQ Series.
- Background in incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
