About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Support critical BlueCard claims processing by maintaining and enhancing internal applications.
  • Modernize legacy systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of systems and programming experience.
  • Proficiency in Mainframe COBOL and C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2.
  • Strong understanding of XML and JSON data formats.

Nice to Have

  • Experience migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks using Java.
