About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Workforce Management Analyst to join our dynamic team at Cohere Health. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maximizing the utilization and benefits of our Workforce Management (WFM) platform. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning staffing levels and resource allocation with our long-term strategic goals, ensuring that we deliver optimal performance across our Clinical Nursing and Clinical MD operations.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the enterprise Workforce Management platform, preferably with NICE IEX experience.
  • Provide administrative support for the Workforce Management platform, managing user accounts and access rights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Operations leadership team to lead weekly short-term forecast meetings.
  • Utilize Enhanced Strategic Planner to support team members in achieving monthly long-term planning success.
  • Create daily staffing and scheduling plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Drive measurable process improvements within the Service and Clinical Operations teams.
  • Conduct ROI and amortization modeling to tie operational performance to financial outcomes.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to provide actionable reporting and insights that foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with contact center metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to independently scope out initiatives and projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and performance metrics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NICE IEX or similar WFM platforms.
  • Knowledge of clinical and customer relationship data.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare analytics role.
