In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience across our flagship public-facing website and mobile applications, ensuring that families and prospective students can easily navigate our digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Own the UX design process for key experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and end results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
