What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team engineering programs from problem definition to delivering clear outcomes.
• Align stakeholders on vision, outcomes, and measurable success criteria while building integrated program roadmaps.
• Establish operating rhythms that drive transparency, fast decision-making, and accountability.
• Identify risks and systemic blockers early; drive mitigation and tradeoff decisions with data and clear recommendations.
• Facilitate cross-team technical alignment and ensure architectural decisions consider long-term scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of technical program management experience within infrastructure, data, and product engineering organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional outcomes.
• Strong experience in driving systems thinking and operational excellence.
• Ability to coach teams on program best practices and improve communication quality.
• Experience with defining and monitoring program health metrics.
