As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure necessary to support Omada’s mission. This Remote Senior Software Engineer position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to our innovative healthcare technology.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure to support our digital health programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, InfoSec, and IT, to drive technical decisions and deliver solutions.
• Engage in pair programming and code reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
• Maintain operational integrity of our infrastructure and DevOps processes, enabling other engineers to work more efficiently.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance our platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
