About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Rocket Money. What You'll Do

• Lead the development of user-facing web applications and CRM systems for clients interested in home ownership.
• Build internal tools that enhance the efficiency of licensed mortgage bankers and consultants.
• Design and implement data pipelines for operationalizing data across the company.
• Engage in greenfield development projects, contributing to the evolution of our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate existing systems with new solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, and Docker.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of database management with Postgres.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Kafka, Confluent, C#, .Net, and Terraform.
• Experience in the financial technology sector.
• Previous involvement in greenfield projects.
