About the Role

We’re hiring a DevRel / Growth to join our team at Dev.fun. This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates in San Francisco, but we welcome applicants from anywhere. As a DevRel / Growth professional, you will be the face of Dev.fun within the vibrant coding and AI builder ecosystem. Your role is crucial in connecting with builders who are creating applications using AI tools and guiding them through the process of launching and monetizing their projects. With over 400K users and 30K+ apps launched, Dev.fun is at the forefront of the AI application landscape.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary representative of Dev.fun in the coding and AI builder community, both online and in-person.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, creators, and AI-native builders utilizing tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, and Claude Code.
• Engage with AI agent builders and facilitate human+agent workflows, which are becoming increasingly relevant.
• Bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, effectively communicating with builders without the use of crypto jargon.
• Test various acquisition channels, including hackathons, events, partnerships, and content collaborations, to identify what effectively converts builders onto the platform.
• Own the event strategy, including planning, partnerships, promotion, and execution.
• Collaborate with Web2 AI and vibe coding communities to co-host and cross-promote events.
• Shape Dev.fun's positioning and messaging for Web2 audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Fill gaps in content, outreach, and event logistics as needed.

Requirements

• Experience shipping projects using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or Claude.
• Proven track record of growing a community, developer program, or audience.
• Deeply integrated into the AI and coding communities, with knowledge of trending tools and upcoming projects.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing insights and developments within the community.
• Natural relationship builder who networks effortlessly and attracts collaboration.
• Familiarity with crypto culture and dynamics, understanding attention cycles and token economics.

Nice to Have

• Connections to the San Francisco tech and AI scene.
• Experience in content creation, including tweet threads, demos, and engaging event recaps.
