About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Dataiku. As a leader in AI solutions, Dataiku provides organizations with the tools they need to harness their AI talent and processes effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and leverage your skills to drive successful sales outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify deals through collaboration with the Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), and sales management.
  • Conduct Discovery meetings to understand customer business requirements and technical environments.
  • Articulate usage scenarios to the Opportunity Team and the customer, illustrating the business value desired.
  • Utilize Dataiku to demonstrate the articulated business value in usage scenarios.
  • Design and create Dataiku demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept (POC), and evaluations to showcase how Dataiku delivers required customer value.
  • Execute demonstrations, POCs, and evaluations by coordinating resources from Dataiku and the customer.
  • Lead the combined team to prove that Dataiku delivers superior value compared to competitors.
  • Provide technical guidance to the customer’s technical team regarding demonstrated solutions.
  • Assist in building the sales pipeline by participating in trade shows, industry conferences, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong natural and intellectual curiosity, especially regarding technology applications.
  • Experience in sales engineering or a related field, with a focus on AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Dataiku or similar AI platforms is a plus.

  • Experience in the AI or data analytics industry.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in business.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
