About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Euclid Power. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling and operationalizing our AI-assisted delivery capabilities across various service workflows and platform features. As a Remote Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a robust system that integrates Euclid's knowledge library into the context of AI-assisted features.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive system for integrating Euclid’s knowledge library into AI-assisted feature context, including taxonomies, retrieval/selection logic, content governance, and quality controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engagement teams, Data, Product, and Engineering to ensure the knowledge system is effectively utilized.
  • Lead prompt development, testing, evaluation, and iteration processes from a renewable energy domain perspective.
  • Translate service team knowledge into repeatable AI systems that enhance speed, quality, and customer experience.
  • Drive the operationalization of AI-assisted delivery capabilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in service delivery.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in developing knowledge management systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-assisted project management tools.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and market trends.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
