About the Role

Recidiviz is excited to announce an opening for a Remote Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will lead initiatives that directly impact criminal justice decision-making and outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Own complex, mission-critical problem spaces and transform them into high-impact software solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and justice system leaders to identify opportunities and ship products efficiently.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features that align with our mission.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Iterate rapidly on product features based on user feedback and changing needs in the criminal justice system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching software products that address complex challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to rally teams around a shared vision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
