We're hiring a Remote Senior Product Manager to join BetterHelp, the world's largest online therapy service. This role is pivotal in driving client growth initiatives and enhancing our mission to make mental health care accessible to everyone. As a Remote Senior Product Manager, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to expanding access to therapy.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact client growth initiatives that significantly influence revenue and long-term customer value.
• Drive strategy and execution for free-to-paid conversion, monetization, packaging, upgrades, churn reduction, and winback.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and evaluate tradeoffs effectively.
• Model impact and deliver measurable business results while ensuring more individuals can access mental health support.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, thriving in ambiguity and moving quickly from insight to execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in consumer (B2C) products.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
• Experience in driving growth strategies and executing initiatives that lead to measurable results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business leaders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
