We are seeking a Remote Senior Manager of Contracting & Credentialing to join Dreem Health, a leader in sleep health innovation. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing provider credentialing, licensing, payer contracting, and network expansion for our telehealth services. What You'll Do

  • Lead the provider credentialing process across multiple states, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage payer enrollment and contracting efforts to expand our network of sleep specialists.
  • Oversee provider licensing to ensure all practitioners meet state and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline credentialing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor reimbursement policies and compliance requirements to ensure the organization meets all necessary standards.
  • Develop strategies for network expansion to enhance patient access to sleep health services.
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in contracting and credentialing processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare contracting and credentialing, particularly in telehealth or sleep medicine.
  • Deep understanding of multi-state credentialing processes and payer enrollment.
  • Experience with government programs such as Medicare and TriCare.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement policies and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Proficient in using credentialing software and other relevant tools.
