Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - CRM Focus

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic CRM/Workflow team at Circle. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our all-in-one platform for online communities, helping creators, coaches, educators, and businesses engage their audiences effectively. As a fully remote company with around 200 team members from over 30 countries, we value high expectations and collaboration across time zones.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement features related to CRM, member sign-up/authentication, and workflow automations.
• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from task definition to deployment.
• Break down large epics into actionable tasks and manage the development process.
• Conduct thorough testing and review pull requests to ensure code quality.
• Push updates to production and gradually release new features to our users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on CRM systems.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
• Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
