What You'll Do

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business requirements.
• Own core admin and configuration tasks within Salesforce, supporting deployments using ADO and Gearset.
• Conduct business analysis and process design, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Facilitate user enablement and communication, ensuring that solutions are understood and effectively utilized.
• Partner on change management and adoption activities across various business units to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud environments and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with deployment tools such as ADO and Gearset.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
• Experience in the insurance or consulting industry.
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
