We are looking for a Remote Robotics Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Formic. As a Robotics Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our deployed robotic systems. What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with deployed robotic cells, ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Document all maintenance and troubleshooting activities accurately to maintain service records.
  • Represent Formic at customer sites, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in robotics or automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Experience with robotic systems and automation technologies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
