About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Robotics Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Formic. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with deployed robotic cells, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on robotic systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Support production environments by providing on-site technical assistance and expertise.
- Document all maintenance and troubleshooting activities accurately to maintain service records.
- Represent Formic at customer sites, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience with robotic systems and automation technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or C++.
