About the Role

  • Track offboarding needs and communicate effectively with managers.
  • Participate in national-level initiatives aimed at supporting victims of abuse.
  • Engage with social media to promote the organization and its mission.
  • Develop your leadership skills while working in a virtual environment.
  • Interact with a global community of like-minded individuals dedicated to making a difference.
  • Ensure availability for 15+ hours a week to fulfill volunteer commitments.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential is a plus.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
