Remote Product Support Specialist - APAC Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Support Specialist to join our global Product Support team. This role is a 6-month contract based remotely in Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, or Australia. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class SaaS application support and consulting in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and customer-facing experience in cloud computing.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional support for our SaaS applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Consult with clients on best practices for utilizing cloud services, particularly AWS and GCP.
  • Collaborate with the Product Support team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on our cloud solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and CloudOps.
  • Experience in a consulting role or customer success.
  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies.
