About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Product Owner to join Reliant Health Partners, a leader in medical claims repricing services. As a Remote Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving product vision and managing the product backlog in JIRA, ensuring that our innovative solutions in healthcare cost containment are delivered effectively. What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives.
• Write clear, concise user stories that translate business needs into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize your expertise in medical cost containment to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders to refine product direction and priorities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on healthcare or medical cost containment.
• Proven hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management and user story creation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Out-of-Network (OON) pricing strategies.
• Experience in healthcare technology or related industries.
• Certification in Agile or Product Management.
