About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Product Manager to join our team at Smooth Sailing. In this role, you will help our clients achieve growth by synthesizing business, user, and technological contexts to create outstanding digital products. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for understanding client organizations and their unique situations.

• Implement changes on both the business and tech sides to enhance product development.
• Manage design team changes and support new product organization initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure alignment.

• Document everything clearly for team understanding and future reference.
• Aim for high quality within timing and budget constraints while striving for continuous knowledge expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Remote Product Manager.
• Proven experience in creating digital products and managing product lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Strong knowledge of usability and digital design principles.
• Understanding of product metrics to measure success and drive improvements.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Background in UX/UI design.
