What You'll Do

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all payroll taxes and statutory requirements.
• Utilize payroll software and HRIS systems to manage payroll data efficiently.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into financial systems.
• Assist in the implementation of payroll best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Support the team in various HR functions, including recruitment and client acquisition.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax compliance, and HRIS systems.
• Experience with ADP Workforce NOW or similar payroll software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing regulations.
• Experience with European payroll is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ERP accounting software like Oracle.
• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in payroll.
