About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations and ensure compliance across multiple states. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing, implement process improvements, and foster a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide training and support to payroll staff and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in payroll software such as Paylocity and experience with automated timekeeping systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
