Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or patient support role.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support.
