About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Paralegal to join our innovative legal team. In this role, you will assist in various legal processes, ensuring compliance and supporting our attorneys with their caseloads. As a Remote Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful legal work.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation as a Remote Paralegal.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and other parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Remote Paralegal or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and legal research tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with litigation and bankruptcy law.
• Familiarity with document management software.
• Knowledge of AI systems in legal processes.
