About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. As a Remote Member of Information & Security, you will help build and scale a forward-looking security program that ensures the security of our data and our clients’ digital assets while meeting necessary regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our operations and the trust of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead various information security projects, including cybersecurity risk assessments and implementing key internal controls.
• Identify and evaluate risks to the company’s Information Security Program and create controls to manage operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Develop meaningful reporting, metrics, and analysis to support business needs and regulatory expectations.
• Work autonomously and define priorities under broad direction while applying problem-solving skills to translate regulations into technical controls.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and SOC 1/2.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, logical security, and change management.
• Excellent project management skills to support stability in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build constructive working relationships.
• Experience in managing multiple processes and projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in start-ups or fintech companies.
• Background as an information systems auditor or consultant.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and cryptography.
