What You'll Do

• Design and implement multimedia learning solutions that align with our educational goals.
• Manage the production of e-learning modules, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 to create interactive content.
• Oversee project management for multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning and multimedia management.
• Strong proficiency in multimedia design tools and e-learning platforms.
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools in education.
• Knowledge of database administration and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with banking or financial education.
