Remote Lead Project Manager - Agile & Digital Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Lead Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead complex projects that drive digital transformation and improve client engagement. As a Remote Lead Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate project execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set project goals, and define success metrics.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification is highly desirable.
