About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Prefabricated Concrete Assembly Supervisor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of prefabricated concrete elements, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects. Your expertise will be critical in coordinating teams and managing operations effectively.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and supervise assembly teams on-site, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Plan and control the installation activities of prefabricated concrete elements such as beams, columns, panels, and slabs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements.
• Verify the correct interpretation of assembly and detail projects.
• Collaborate with project management, suppliers, cranes, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor daily execution to ensure adherence to technical specifications and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in the assembly of prefabricated concrete structures.
• Expertise in lifting and assembly procedures, including safe operation of lifting equipment.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to read and interpret technical projects and drawings.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
• Computer skills and knowledge of design software are preferred.
