What You'll Do

• Support sales of access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships at key levels, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored sales proposals and estimates.
• Participate in job walks and support the execution of a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory.
• Manage project milestones and key customer metrics, ensuring timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain communication rhythms with each customer based on their unique needs.
• Address tactical issues with accounts as they arise, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.
• Work closely with other departments to align on operational interactions and processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology or security industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to perform needs assessments and develop sales proposals.
• Familiarity with access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field.
