About the Role
We're hiring a Remote IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team at Deel. As a key player in our organization, you'll be instrumental in providing top-notch IT support to our global workforce. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people's working lives.
What You'll Do
- Manage overall Identity and Access Management responsibilities, including provisioning and deprovisioning access for various software applications.
- Handle IT/IAM support tickets daily, troubleshooting and managing applications like Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
- Provide technical support during company-wide webinars and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Create and update documentation for new processes and internal onboarding/offboarding information.
- Support new hire cohorts with technical onboarding and training.
- Manage devices with both Windows and Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to MDM software and cloud-based applications.
- Maintain a high volume of support tickets, aiming to resolve at least 40+ tickets daily.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Operating Systems and cloud-based software.
- Basic understanding of scripting languages such as GAM, PowerShell, and Bash.
- Experience with IAM tools and managing applications like Okta and Slack.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience building and managing Okta workflows for large-scale organizations.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Workato.
- IT certifications related to support or administration.
