About the Role

We're hiring a Remote iOS Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Mercury. In this role, you'll help expand our iOS app, providing users with a seamless and beautiful experience for managing their finances. What You'll Do

• Join a small but experienced team of iOS and Android engineers, collaborating to create high-quality applications.
• Take ownership of your projects, contributing your vision and expertise to enhance the Mercury iOS app.
• Work closely with designers to ensure the app is not only functional but also visually appealing.
• Maintain a high quality bar for all code and app features, ensuring a stable and secure user experience.
• Engage in self-organized project work, allowing for flexibility and creativity in your contributions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an iOS Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio of apps.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C, with a solid understanding of iOS frameworks.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with designers and other engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own projects effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Android development.
• Familiarity with financial technology or banking applications.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs.
