We are seeking a Remote Inventory Buyer to join our team at Odeko. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting small businesses by managing procurement processes and inventory efficiently. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Procurement Operations Manager to provide procurement operations support, including purchasing of inventory products.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient inventory flow.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage supplier relationships to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Provide procurement insights to align with the building leadership team and local sales teams.
• Drive efficiencies and improvements at various sites through strategic procurement practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or procurement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast inventory needs accurately.
• Experience in vendor management and supplier relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
