Remote Instructional Designer - E-Learning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Instructional Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will create engaging and effective e-learning experiences for diverse learners. As a Remote Instructional Designer, you'll leverage your creativity and analytical skills to design and implement instructional materials that enhance learning outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and design instructional materials for e-learning courses using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to assess learner engagement and course effectiveness.
• Implement AI technologies and LLMs to enhance learning experiences and streamline course development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization to inform instructional design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI implementation in instructional design.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of SQL for data management.
