What You'll Do

  • Conduct structured outbound and inbound sales calls to partners across Sub-Saharan Africa, promoting Ajax's innovative security solutions.
  • Deliver engaging live video presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Create demand and excitement for new product launches, ensuring partners are well-informed and engaged.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners to grow engagement and sales activity, fostering strong relationships.
  • Log, track, and manage all calls, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support partners with product positioning and basic technical understanding, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and technical teams to enhance overall sales strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of brand representation and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in internal sales, telesales, or partner support, preferably in the technology or security industry.
  • Fluent French speaker (mandatory) with the ability to sell confidently over phone and video.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering live demonstrations remotely.
  • Highly structured, disciplined, and process-driven approach to sales.
  • Experience working with CRM systems for call logging and recordings.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on partner growth and activation.
