About the Role

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and job boards, to find potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.

Nice to Have
