About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Remote HR People Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR processes and ensuring effective communication within the organization. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our team’s success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement HR processes from scratch, tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Utilize automation tools such as Hubspot and Zapier to streamline HR operations.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and mentoring programs to enhance employee engagement.
• Facilitate one-on-one meetings to support employee development and address concerns.
• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR People Partner, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and native proficiency in Russian.
• Experience with HR automation tools like Hubspot and Zapier.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on remote work environments.
