What You'll Do

• Engage with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in M&A activities and due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a healthcare or analytics environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management or healthcare analytics.
