About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Financial Analyst to join our team at Element Critical. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to provide hybrid infrastructure solutions across our expanding portfolio of data center facilities. As a Remote Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that will help shape our business strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy development.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends to inform management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
