About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Experienced Quantitative Trader to join Kronos Research, a leading technology-driven quantitative trading firm. As a Remote Experienced Quantitative Trader, you will leverage your expertise in quantitative strategies to manage and optimize portfolios across various markets, including cryptocurrency. What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize portfolios using fully systematic quantitative strategies to ensure consistent returns.
• Develop, backtest, and implement trading strategies specifically in the cryptocurrency markets, balancing risk and reward.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of crypto assets and market trends to make informed, data-driven investment decisions.
• Collaborate with quant researchers, data scientists, and tech teams to refine strategies and enhance portfolio performance.
• Monitor and manage risks associated with trading strategies to align with firm objectives.
• Regularly communicate portfolio performance and risk analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Exceptional educational background from a top-tier institution (e.g., Ivy League, Oxbridge, leading schools in Asia/Europe).
• Proven live trading track record with consistent returns on centralized exchanges (CEX) and/or decentralized exchanges (DEX).
• Previous experience at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in quantitative research, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, R, C++).

Nice to Have

• Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) and multi-asset trading strategies.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to trading.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
