Remote ESL Teacher for Young Learners

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Remote ESL Teacher for Young Learners to join our team at The Really Great Teacher Company. In this role, you will focus on teaching young learners aged 4-11 in China, allowing you to make a significant impact on their language development. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while adhering to a fixed evening schedule (6-8 PM Bangkok time). As a Remote ESL Teacher, you will have all teaching materials provided, enabling you to concentrate solely on delivering engaging lessons without the burden of marketing and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

• Teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to young learners aged 4-11 in China.
• Utilize provided teaching materials to create engaging lesson plans.
• Maintain a fixed schedule of evening classes (6-8 PM Bangkok time) with additional weekend hours available.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in ESL teaching, preferably with young learners.
• Ability to engage and motivate young students in a virtual classroom setting.
• Reliable internet connection to facilitate smooth online teaching.
• Availability during fixed hours, specifically in the evening (Bangkok time).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
