Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team at Lumos. In this role, you will be the trusted partner to our largest and most strategic customers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring their success with our innovative app and access management platform.
What You'll Do
- Act as an onboarding expert, partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Build and execute account strategies to drive adoption, expansion, and retention of our services.
- Develop multi-threaded, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to deliver impactful quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and establish long-term success plans.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Guide customers on best practices and technology strategy to maximize their use of Lumos' features and accelerate value realization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role, particularly with technical B2B SaaS products.
- 3+ years managing enterprise-level customers, with a focus on driving adoption and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with technical teams, including Security and Engineering.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a rapidly scaling company.
- Familiarity with app and access management solutions.
