Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in employment law.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures related to employment law.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
